Fishbourne Garden Show and Summer Literary Festival – 9^th August 2025

Building on the success of our well established literary festival, and knowing that most people who love reading, also love gardens and gardening, we are delighted to announce a new event for 2025 – the Fishbourne Garden Show and Summer Literary Festival to be held in the church and church hall on 9 ^th August 2025.

The speakers at the Summer Literary Festival are all nationally published and reviewed authors who will cover a variety of gardening topics, from the history and development of the modern garden, to practical tips on garden care and maintenance.  Booking for day tickets will open in the Spring and we anticipate another sell out event.

Running in parallel with the Literary Festival will be a Garden Show with a range of exhibitors selling plants,  garden products and craft items, with stalls in and around the Church Hall and the church grounds.   There will be no charge for entry to the Garden Show which everyone is welcome to attend.

The refreshments at the Fishbourne Literary Festival are always a highlight, and the Summer Literary Festival will be no exception – with offerings include cream teas, and glasses of Pimms.
